The Off-Site Construction Accelerator™ is H & H Development Group's program for delivering housing and community buildings with volumetric modular construction.
The concept
Treat the building like a product — and the owner like a client.
In volumetric modular construction, most of a building is made in a factory as finished, three-dimensional modules. They are transported to the site, set by crane onto prepared foundations and connected — then the building is finished in place.
The method is proven. What holds most projects back is everything around it: designs that weren't drawn for manufacture, factories chosen late, payments made before work is verified, and financing and approvals that don't account for a building made in one state and installed in another.
The Accelerator exists to solve those problems on the owner's side. H & H acts as fee developer — coordinating design and factory procurement, representing the owner with controls against fraud and error, and structuring financing across jurisdictions.
